Do I need to pay for the tax?

Every country is different; our advice is to check with your local council, post office, or government tax department. A search online may provide the insight you need to find out what the tax is likely to be.

We usually declare the lowest price to avoid customs duties. Due to the different national policies in different countries, the customs duties would be for buyers’ accounts. Therefore, please leave us a message when you purchase the order to tell us how much you can pay for the customs duties.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us at rainsojewelry.gmail.com as soon as possible. If you are not sure about an issue relating to your order or you wish to change it, please contact us.

How can I return purchased items?

Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to contact us, please provide us with the following information:

  1. The original order number.
  2. The reason for the return.
  3. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item.
  4. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name.
  5. Your shipping address and phone number.

Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement. All returned items must have an SKU number. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please make sure you write a note in English containing your order number or PayPal ID so that we can locate your order information.

We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition. The shipping fee is up to you.
